Mason In Motion, LLC will warranty your SOLED Boards against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification is not covered.  At our option, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be undamaged in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number in the return request.
Options: You can choose a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different product.

How to Make a Return:
Contact us to request a return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging.
Attach the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

For as long as the life of the technology is applicable, Mason In Motion, LLC will provide FREE over-the-air automated updates to your SOLED Board, offering new features, enhancements, and bug/problem resolution.
